Overall site master planning created 116 senior independent apartments with Town Center and Wellness Center (Phase I) and patio homes, retreat and conference center, assisted living and skilled nursing units (Phase II).

Site

A gently sloping site overlooks 2 golf courses and a collection of lakes.

Solution

A linear independent housing building with a central core housing the wellness and town centers, dining, chapel, internet café, deli, bank, concierge center, games room, day spa was created. Units vary from smaller 1-bedroom units to 1-bedroom with den and larger 2-bedroom units. All spaces are carefully designed to fully support aging in-place.
